Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, home-based ABA therapy for children from birth to 21 in New Jersey. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized plans and collect progress data in clients' homes.

The role offers flexible part-time, evening, and afternoon hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth. Transportation reliability and HIPAA compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or related conditions; training provided.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to locations.
• Respect for HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• After-school part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement plans by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to clients, families, and supervisors as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with families and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities and stay in pace with children 2–15.
