Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Bayonne, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in-home ABA therapy. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

Provide direct ABA therapy, collect data on treatment goals, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans. Flexible afternoons/evenings and weekends are available, with competitive pay and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications
