Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

The role is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts. A high school diploma is required; college coursework in psychology or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
