Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis, in the home, school, or community.

We provide strong support, reliable scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles as we expand across New Jersey, with guidance from supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can help obtain certification
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Background check and state/funding eligibility
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data during sessions
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required

Requirements

• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements

• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
