Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We offer strong support, reliable scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles as we expand across New Jersey. Travel to clients' homes is required in some assignments.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can assist with certification
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required
