Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing New Jersey team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA.

Our supportive leadership provides reliable scheduling and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. As an RBT-certified or eligible candidate you will receive paid training, assistance with certification, and clear pathways for advancement as

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can help with certification.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session.
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required.
