Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA in Staunton, VA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings, helping kids build communication, social, and daily living skills.

You’ll implement treatment plans under a supervising BCBA, collect data, and communicate regularly with your BCBA. We offer paid training, certification support, consistent scheduling, and opportunities to advance as we expand.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; assistance to obtain certification.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.

About the Role:
Brighter Steps ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA

• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
