Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team in Buena Vista, Virginia. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
You will be supported by a responsive BCBA and leadership, with reliable scheduling, competitive hourly pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance as we expand across New Jersey.
About the Role:
Hidden Stars ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting
Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required
RBT Certification (preferred — we can help the right candidate get certified)
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements
Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
