Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings and implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.

The role emphasizes data collection, adherence to behavior strategies, and regular communication with the BCBA. Ideal candidates have experience with children or individuals with special needs, strong communication and professionalism, and

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (preferred — we can help the right candidate get certified)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes

About the Role:
Hidden Stars ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
