hidden stars aba is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans and collect real-time data under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role emphasizes strong communication, patience, and professionalism, with paid training and opportunities for advancement as the practice expands across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (preferred – we can help the right candidate get certified)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
