Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is actively seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, building essential communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA.

We provide strong support, reliable scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles as we expand across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session.
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required.

Requirements

• RBT Certification (preferred — we can help the right candidate get certified)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
