Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting for children from birth to 21. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and monitor progress, enabling family involvement and real-world impact.

Responsibilities include data collection, communication with families, and maintaining safety while supporting children in various activities. Prior experience with ASD is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• HIPAA/confidentiality awareness expected.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one treatment under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data to track progress of individualized plans.
• Assist families in implementing treatment plans.
• Communicate clearly with families and supervisors.
• Assist with safe, supervised activity for children aged 2–15.
