Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, collect progress data, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans.

You’ll also support families with practical strategies and progress updates, with flexible afternoon/evening shifts and a caring, mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
