Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will track progress, collaborate with families and BCBA, and help build communication, social and daily living skills in a busy, supportive environment.

The role requires flexibility for after-school hours and reliable transportation to client locations. A minimum of 60 college credits or 6 months of related experience, or an active RBT

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Energetic and able to engage active ke ychildren.

Responsibilities
