Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and help clients progress in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include collecting data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe, positive setting during sessions. Previous experience with children is preferred, and RBT certification is available through free training.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification
• Previous experience with children
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
