Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting, working with children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. You will implement plans, collect progress data, and support families under supervision of a BCBA, in a Monday–Friday schedule with afternoon hours.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (including activities requiring lifting 25+ pounds).
• Other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
