Job summary

Autism Health Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children in Leominster, MA under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy and supporting clients to learn communication, social, and daily living skills.

No RBT certification required to start; AHS provides paid orientation, 40-hour RBT training, and ongoing supervision to help you grow toward RBT certification, with part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in a clinical setting.
• Comfortable working actively with children.
• Ability to follow clinical instructions and accept coaching and feedback.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• RBT certification is highly valued and preferred.
• Background checks will be completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with each client's treatment plan.
• Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
• Implement behavior-support strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data during sessions.
• Complete timely and accurate session documentation.
• Participate in social skills and other clinical programming.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, fellow Behavior Technicians, families, and the AHS clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, professional, and engaging environment for clients.
