Powerback Pediatrics in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You'll learn through a two‑week paid training and support skill acquisition and behavior modification.

You must be 18+, have HS Diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain RBT certification. The role offers a path to professional growth with mentorship, continuing education, and visa/relocation support.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Complies with BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
