Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect progress data, collaborate with families and team members, and help create a supportive, safe environment during sessions.

Ideal candidates have or are willing to obtain RBT certification, prior experience with children, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
