Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics in Farmington, AR is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Training is provided, with possible future hours and a fixed 9am-2pm schedule Monday to Wednesday.

Minimum 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year working with children. Willingness to obtain RBT certification and potential visa/relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training; if not completed, training provided by Powerback.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.
• Experience with maladaptive behaviors highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and documentation supports services.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Complies with BACB ethics and performs other related duties.
