Powerback in Siloam Springs, Arkansas is looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician to improve the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services, following treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Required qualifications include being at least 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED, and a passion for working with children. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, alongside numerous benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working with children.
