Job summary

Headrise ABA in Boonton, NJ seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 5-year-old boy, following BCBA-developed plans. You will collect data to track progress and support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.

The role is part-time with flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri, ~4 hours/day) and pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour. A $200 sign-on bonus and a $250 referral program are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA in Psychology a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Background check required; reliable local travel.
• Patience and empathy for helping others.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician 5 year old boy

• Location: Boonton , New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Flexible Scheduling Monday- Friday 4 hours a day
