Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to help a child build essential life skills through in-home, one-on-one ABA sessions. Earn $18–$25/hour with a $200 sign-on bonus, and receive support from experienced BCBAs.

This part-time role in Roselle, New Jersey offers a Monday–Friday schedule (3:30–7:30 p.m.) with flexible hours and meaningful opportunities to grow your career while making a real impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
