Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a 4-year-old boy in Camden, New Jersey. The role is part-time with Tue, Wed 3:30–5:30 and alternate Saturdays, offering pay of $18–$25 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include delivering BCBA-developed plans, tracking progress with data collection, and supporting communication, socialization, and daily living skills while collaborating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
