Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, under supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, document progress, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment while communicating with families and supervisors.

Per diem work with flexible scheduling, with opportunities to work close to home in New Jersey. Training and supervision are provided, including free RBT coursework to support career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team! As a BT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You will collect data and document client progress, create a safe and engaging session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
