Job summary

All About ABA, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to support ABA therapy under a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one services in-home and coordinate progress notes.

The role emphasizes data collection via Central Reach, collaboration with the BCBA, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for clients with ASD. Part-time position with competitive pay and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by working alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy

• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
