Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and developmental differences. You will work one-on-one in clients' homes and community settings, delivering behavioral support under the guidance of BCBAs.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, helping clients develop communication, social, and adaptive skills, recording data, and creating engaging learning environments. Travel between locations is expected and training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have RBT License or BCAT.
• Plus one of the following: College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field.
• OR at least one year of experience as a: Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor, or similar child-focused role.
• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings; travel between client locations may be required; mileage reimbursement available; paid training and ongoing support provided.
