Maxim Healthcare in Pomona, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings. You will implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

This role offers hourly pay of $22-$25, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth. Travel between client locations may be required, with support and guidance from experienced BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT License or BCAT.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in a related role (e.g., Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.

You'll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old

• Behavior Technician
• ABA Therapist

• Camp Counselor
• Similar child-focused role
