Job summary

New Story Schools in the United States seeks a licensed ABA professional to design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals in our school setting.

You will collaborate with school leaders and educators, supervise and coach staff delivering ABA services, review data for plan updates, and provide training on ABA strategies and safe learning practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or human services (master's preferred).
• Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license.
• Minimum two years of clinical ABA experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers for consistency.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services.
• Review data and outcomes to inform plan updates.
• Provide training on ABA strategies, de-escalation, and safe learning practices.
