Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking an experienced BCBA Supervisor to design, oversee, and monitor ABA-based behavior plans aligned with each student’s IEP. You will coach staff, ensure safe learning environments, and collaborate with school leaders to implement consistent programming.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA/BCaBA license is required.
• Minimum two years of clinical ABA experience with children with disabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers to ensure consistency between behavior plans and educational programming.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice.
• Review data and outcomes to make informed recommendations for plan updates.
• Provide training on ABA strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe learning environment practices.
