Job summary

New Story Schools in the United States seeks a licensed ABA professional to design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals in our school setting.

You will collaborate with school leaders and educators, supervise and coach staff delivering ABA services, review data for plan updates, and provide training on ABA strategies and safe learning practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or human services (master's preferred).
  • Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license.
  • Minimum two years of clinical ABA experience with children.

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or human services field (master’s preferred)
  • Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers to ensure consistency between behavior plans and educational programming
  • Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice
  • Review data and outcomes to make informed recommendations for plan updates
  • Provide training and guidance on ABA strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe learning environment practices
