Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a skilled ABA specialist to support students ages 5–21 with autism and developmental challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop PBSPs, and train staff to implement positive behavior supports.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align behavioral goals with IEP objectives, monitor progress, and adjust interventions based on data. Competitive benefits include PTO, holidays, health insurance, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education or related field.
• Minimum of two years ABA service delivery including FBAs and PBSPs.
• Experience with ASD and/or emotional or behavioral disorders for 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and positive behavior supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized positive behavior support plans
• Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring for assigned students
• Train and support teachers and staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure behavioral goals align with IEP objectives
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to promote ongoing student success
