New Story Schools is seeking a Behavior Services Supervisor to lead the design and oversight of ABA-based behavior plans aligned with each student’s IEP. You will coach and support staff to ensure safe, effective learning environments.

The role requires a BCBA/BCaBA or relevant license, a Bachelor’s in education or human services, and at least two years of ABA clinical experience with children. Leadership and communication skills are essential for school-wide collaboration.

As a Behavior Services Supervisor at New Story Schools, you will lead the development and oversight of behavior plans to ensure they align with each student's IEP. What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in education or human services field (master's preferred)
• Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license
