Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a BCBA to lead behavior support across classrooms for students ages 5–21 with autism and related behavioral and developmental challenges. You will align behavior plans with IEP goals and mentor classroom staff to implement individualized strategies.

You will guide proactive behavior management, analyze data to refine plans, and work with school and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality programming and compliance across campuses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavioral best practices.
• Commitment to supporting students with complex learning or behavioural needs.

Responsibilities

• Align behavior intervention plans with IEP goals to support individualized student needs.
• Guide classroom teams in proactive behavior management and crisis intervention strategies.
• Analyze data and documentation to refine behavior plans and improve outcomes.
• Provide staff training and ongoing coaching to strengthen clinical and instructional practices.
• Collaborate with school and clinical leaders to maintain compliance and high-quality programming.
