New Story Schools is seeking a Behavior Services Supervisor to lead the design and oversight of ABA-based behavior plans aligned with each student’s IEP. You will coach and support staff to ensure safe, effective learning environments.

The role requires a BCBA/BCaBA or relevant license, a Bachelor’s in education or human services, and at least two years of ABA clinical experience with children. Leadership and communication skills are essential for school-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or human services required; Master’s preferred.
• Current BCBA/BCaBA or relevant professional license is required.
• Minimum two years of clinical ABA experience with children with disabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential for collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers to ensure consistency with educational programming.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services with ethical practice.
• Review data and outcomes to inform plan updates and improvements.
• Provide training on ABA strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe learning environment practices.
