Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Behavior Services Supervisor to lead ABA-based behavior plan development aligned with each student’s IEP goals. You will mentor staff to implement best practices in safe, supportive learning environments.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in education or human services, current BCBA/BCaBA licensure, and at least two years of clinical ABA experience with children. You’ll collaborate with school leaders and service providers to ensure program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or human services (master’s preferred).
• Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license.
• Minimum two years of clinical ABA experience with children.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers for consistency between plans and education.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services.
• Review data and outcomes to inform plan updates.
• Provide training on ABA strategies, de-escalation, and safe learning environments.
