Job summary

New Story Schools seeks a BCBA Supervisor to guide behavior intervention planning across classrooms. You will support teachers, therapists, and families to implement effective interventions that promote student independence and success.

You will lead staff training, analyze progress data, and ensure programs align with IEP goals while collaborating with school and clinical leadership to maintain compliant, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to support multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavioral best practices.
• Commitment to supporting students with complex learning or behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Align behavior intervention plans with IEP goals for individualized support.
• Guide classroom teams in proactive behavior management and crisis intervention strategies.
• Analyze data and documentation to refine behavior plans and improve outcomes.
• Provide staff training and ongoing coaching to strengthen clinical and instructional practices.
