Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is growing and seeks caring, dedicated individuals to help children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. The Behavior Interventionist will provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings, building communication, social, and self-help skills while coordinating with a clinical team.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA services, data collection, and support for treatment programs, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass the TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
