Job summary

Diversify Bx in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA programs in clients' homes, communities, centers, and schools. You will collect data on skill acquisition and behaviors, and report concerns to the clinical supervision team within 24 hours.

You will provide 1:1 and group ABA services under supervision, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and communicate with families. High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s is preferred, with RBT/CPR/BLS and NPI required or

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CPR or BLS Certification preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician credential preferred.
• NPI Number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behaviors each session.
• Maintain client data in the home and update data sheets.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers.
• Use safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Attend trainings to acquire and maintain competencies.
• Achieve competency in role responsibilities.
