Job summary

Behavior Specialist Consultant at Nyman Associates, Inc. supports students in school settings by conducting behavioral assessments and creating individualized intervention plans using ABA principles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using approved tools.
• Develop and monitor individualized PBSPs with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with school teams to implement behavior plans.
• Collect and graph data to track progress and evaluate interventions.
• Provide staff training and consultation to school personnel.
• Supervise and support RBTs where applicable.
