Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention in school settings, partnering with students, staff, and families to implement BIPs.

You will lead FBAs, develop positive behavior plans, train personnel, monitor progress, supervise RBTs when applicable, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team with clinical leads and directors.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior support plans.
• Experience in school settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff to ensure implementation.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
