New Story Schools (PA) seeks a Behavior Consultant to design and oversee individualized behavior support plans for students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement evidence-based strategies and monitor progress toward IEP goals.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA (or related field), 2+ years ABA service delivery, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and staff training.
• Minimum of two years working with individuals with ASD and/or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized positive behavior support plans.
• Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring for assigned students.
• Train and support teachers and staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure behavioral goals align with IEP objectives.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to promote ongoing student success.
