Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking an Associate Clinical Supervisor to coordinate clinical treatment, develop plans, and oversee therapists across multiple settings. This role emphasizes collaboration with caregivers, payers, and other professionals to ensure fidelity to ABA protocols.

Qualified candidates will have a BCaBA certification, a psychology/ ABA background, and 2+ years of ASD-related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCaBA certification is required.
• Minimum 2+ years ABA treatment experience with children
• 8-hour Supervision Training per BACB standards
• 1000 hours post-BCaBA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach behavior technicians in protocols.
• Coordinate care across center, home, school, and telehealth.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data review.
• Collaborate with caregivers and treatment stakeholders.
