360 Behavioral Health in Lompoc, CA seeks an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II who will lead clinical teams while pursuing a Master’s degree. You will supervise staff, mentor Behavior Technicians, manage caseloads, and contribute to high-quality treatment programs within a multidisciplinary team.

You will gain hands-on supervisory experience, advance your ABA career, and expand your professional leadership through ongoing training and collaboration with clinicians and families.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desired).
• 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations.
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
• Report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
