360 Behavioral Health in Merced, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II on a part-time basis to advance your ABA career while pursuing a Master’s. You will carry a clinical caseload, supervise Behavior Technicians, and help shape high-quality programs.

Eligible candidates bring 2+ years ABA experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a commitment to professional growth within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
