Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervising staff or leading teams in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with supervision hours, case management, and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and supervise direct service delivery to meet billable hours.
• Mentor Behavior Technicians, provide training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans, assess progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
