360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II in Bellflower, CA who is pursuing a Master’s in ABA or related field. You will carry a caseload, provide supervision hours, and help develop high-quality clinical programs while growing into a leadership role.

You’ll mentor Behavior Technicians, coordinate client care, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
• Report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
