360 Behavioral Health in California is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II to lead clinical teams while advancing your Master’s studies. You will supervise staff, manage caseloads, and refine treatment plans in a collaborative setting with multidisciplinary professionals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desirable).
• 1+ year supervisory experience incl. staff training.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills.
• Excellent documentation and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
