Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Palmdale, CA, is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II who is pursuing a Master’s in ABA. You will lead a team, supervise Behavior Technicians, and contribute to high-quality clinical programs while continuing your education.

You will carry a caseload, ensure HIPAA compliance, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance client outcomes and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of providing behavior analysis services.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory leadership/training staff.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training and parent coaching.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects.
