360 Behavioral Health in Commerce, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II who is pursuing a Master's and eager to develop leadership skills by supervising a team and shaping high-quality clinical programs. You will carry a caseload while guiding supervisees and coordinating client care.

In this role you will oversee supervision hours, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services.
• 1 year of supervisory experience leading and training staff.
• Experience with assessment and intervention strategies.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects.
